Following the merger of Park Resorts and Park Dean, £1.8m has been spent on Park Dean Resorts at Camber Sands (East Sussex), Additions include a new Bar & Restaurant area, new play areas for the kids, a new splash park to complement the existing facilities (5-pool complex with slide, arcade, multi-sports, clubhouse etc). Directly opposite 7 miles of sandy beach, so plenty to do onsite as well as off it with Dymchurch, Hastings etc not too far away. Our prices includes entertainment passes, utility costs and bed linen. Be careful as other prices may appear cheaper but then ask you to buy your own passes etc. A deposit of £150 is payable immediately via Paypal to secure the booking (and so that we are both protected) and the cost of the holiday is due 6-8 weeks before the holiday commences. The deposit is refunded at the end of the holiday. Easter weeks are booked already. The break advertised here is a 7 night Summer holiday Sat-Sat week, costing £749. Other weeks are available: - Whitsun (Sat-Sat) - £649 - Summer weeks (Sat-Sat) - fortnight for £1,400 (from either 4th or 11th Aug) - two weeks of the summer hols already booked so only 4 weeks remain available. - October half term (Mon-Fri) - £400 Multi-breaks are available e.g. Summer week plus October mini break for £1,100 or Whitsun plus Summer for £1,350. The caravan itself has is Gold+ graded and is now 7 years old but furnishings, carpets and fittings have all been refreshed to maintain that status. It has 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins as well as a double pull out bed in the lounge), main bathroom, 2nd toilet, central heating, double glazing, 32 inch LCD TV with free view, DVD player. New memory foam mattresses on some of the beds (double bed plus two of the twins) and new carpets throughout in early 2017. The caravan is on a premium pitch, with it's own parking space, as well as being in a cul-de-sac location so in a nice secluded spot but a stones throw from the beach and close to clubhouse but out of earshot of the base/din of the music from the Clubhouse.
